Hump day. 💪🏼💪🏼 I've been taking the past few weeks to rest and slowly get back to feeling myself. Sometimes your body needs sleep more than it does working out. But starting to feel better, and because haven't been there much, I'm so excited to get back into the gym!! 1. Butt thrusters – 1min 2. Step ups – 1min (make sure you are not pushing off the ground and focusing on only using your foot that's on the bench!) 3. Backsquats – 1min Bonus round! 4. Deadlifts (30 sec each leg) – 1min #take10
